Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 4 August 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safety and suitability of premises, staff: child ratios and information and record keeping.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 2 September 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had some taken action to put this right. The provider has taken swift action to improve their risk assessments to ensure that children are fully supervised and within sight and hearing at all times. However, during the regulatory visit, we found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements for staff: child ratios. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure the adult-to-child ratios are maintained, so that children's safety and individual needs are met at all times.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 16 September 2025, the provider responded to the action set. We found the provider had improved their understanding of the ratio requirements, including when making exceptions to the expected ratios. This helps to ensure children's individual needs and safety are met. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
