Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 9 July 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to staff: child ratios, concerns about children's safety and welfare, paediatric first aid, key person, accident or injury, safety of the premises, toilets and intimate hygiene, risk assessments, information for parents and carers, information and record keeping.

Summary of outcome

On 3 September 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome

On 11 September 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has carried out training to ensure that all staff understand their roles and responsibilities in relation to identifying and eliminating risks to children. The environment is clean, tidy and ready for children, including toilets and sleep areas. Suitable storage of equipment now takes place and effective food, and drink procedures take place, including the sterilisation of babies' bottles. The key person system has been strengthened to include a buddy system so that every child's care is tailored to meet their individual needs.
