Summary of outcome
On 03 September 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions. We found that the provider has implemented new systems to ensure that staff receive the support needed and staff deployment is effective with meeting children's needs and requirements. Changes to the key person system ensure children are provided with consistency. Risk assessments have been reviewed to ensure children's overall safety, including during mealtimes. Managers and staff have received additional support which has resulted in a positive impact on staff and children. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
