Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 27 March 2025, the childminder notified us about matters relating to suitable people. The notification means that the childminder met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of changes or a significant event. We carried out regulatory visits and found that the childminder was meeting requirements relating to suitable people. However, during the visit on 22 July 2025, we found new concerns relating to sleeping arrangements and food and drink facilities. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that required the childminder to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The childminder will be able to give parents further information about this.

The childminder had improved the sleeping arrangements to ensure that the latest government safety guidance is adhered to. The childminder had improved the procedures to ensure that areas to prepare food are hygienic.
