Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 4 August 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment, staff:child ratios and safeguarding policies and procedures. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider to look after children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 21 August 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has reviewed the knowledge and understanding of all staff about the procedures in place for risk assessment and collection of children and has also reviewed and updated the safeguarding policy. This means staff are now aware of how to follow the risk assessment procedures at all times of the day and the safeguarding policy now reflects the guidance of the LSP. We also found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure the designated leads for safeguarding have sufficient knowledge and skills to give appropriate support, advice and guidance as required in line with policies and procedures and LSP guidance.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 4 September 2025, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider had updated all senior managers and designated safeguarding leads on the new safeguarding policy and provided information and guidance from the LSP, including in relation to LADO referral. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
