This monitoring visit
Quizzes and questionnaires have been completed with staff to identify any gaps in their understanding of children’s risks and help them to understand the strategies required to reduce risks. The manager is planning a development day to build on the knowledge and skills of the staff team. However, this has not yet taken place.
