Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 15 March 2025, we carried out a re-inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements, including in relation to safeguarding training, training support and skills and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. Summary of outcome
On 02 June 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that staff have been supported to improve their understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures. The provider is undertaking ongoing evaluations of the quality of the provision, including implementing a new cleaning regime. Additional support is being provided to support staff's knowledge and understanding of how to raise the quality of care and education. Steps have been taken to improve the hygiene of the premises and the provider has renewed efforts to ensure that risks and hazards in the premises are minimised.

Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
