This provision does not meet requirements

n The childminder does not hold a relevant paediatric first-aid qualification. This means that her knowledge of what to do in emergency situations is not up to date, including if a child is choking. This is a breach of the requirements of the early years foundation stage. n The childminder understands the importance of completing observations to assess and monitor children's progress. She describes how she will provide a suitable range of learning experiences to help children to progress in their learning and development. The childminder recognises the importance of obtaining relevant information from parents and carers, to help children to feel fully settled and assured. n The childminder demonstrates, through discussion, how she will offer children activities that support their good progress in all areas of learning. For instance, she knows that good communication skills are key to children's progress.

This provision does not meet requirements

4 August 2025 There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
