Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
n ensure that those who are designated to take the lead in safeguarding, have a secure knowledge and understanding of the procedures to follow when an allegation is made against a member of staff
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 28 July 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. On 13 August 2025, we carried out a telephone regulatory event. We found that the provider has revised their safeguarding policies and procedures. They have ensured the designated safeguarding leads have completed safeguarding training to improve their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. This supports staff to understand the procedures to follow when an allegation is made against a member of staff. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
