Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 4 June 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, concerns about children's safety and welfare, staff: child ratios, health and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events. On 6 June 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to suitable people.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 15 July 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting one of the requirements. We issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure that staff implement the setting's policies and procedures, particularly with regards to any existing injuries children arrive with, so any concerns for children's safety are responded to in a timely and appropriate way.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 30 July 2025, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider had trained staff to follow the setting's policies and procedures in relation to any injuries children may arrive with, including effective communication with parents at handover times. This helps to ensure that any concerns for children's safety are noted at an early stage and responded to without delay. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
