Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 5 and 10 June 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, key person, staff to child ratios, health, safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment and information and record keeping. On 5 June and 10 July 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to the same requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 July 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. They had improved risk assessments to help keep the nursery free of toys and resources that might pose a choking risk to children. Staff were provided with training in the care of babies to help them understand their roles and responsibilities when working with the youngest children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
At the visit we also found the provider was not meeting some of the other requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 8 August 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved staffing arrangements to help meet the needs of children at all times. Furthermore, the provider had developed their procedures to ensure that complaints are dealt with appropriately. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
