Summary of outcome
On 30 June 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found arrangements are now in place to ensure a member of staff with first aid training is present on site at all times. Systems for recording accidents or injuries had been introduced, and the provider had developed their understanding of when a notification is required to be made to Ofsted.

Summary of outcome
On 17 July 2025, we carried out a further regulatory call. We found that the provider had ensured that all staff undertake safeguarding training to develop their knowledge. Recruitment and vetting procedures had been improved, and arrangements are now in place to ensure all staff have checks completed to demonstrate their suitability. The provider now has better oversight of the setting and has engaged with staff to develop their knowledge and skills. The provider has improved the staffing arrangements by ensuing there is always at least two members of staff on site at all times. The provider has introduced a SENCo with experience of working with children with special educational needs and/or disabilities to support children's care.
