Summary of outcome
On 8 April 2025, we found carried out a regulatory monitoring visit. We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. The provider has notified Ofsted of a change in working arrangements and applied to add assistants to their registration. The provider has successfully improved their knowledge of safe sleeping guidance. As a result, all those attending, including babies, are put down to sleep in line with this, which helps to ensure their safety. However, the provider has not taken sufficient action to ensure they consistently comply with the allowed staff: child ratios. Due to the occasional high numbers of children attending the provider is not always able to organise the premises and equipment successfully and meet children's needs.

p.2
Summary of outcome
We found the provider has taken proactive action to improve. We found the provider is no longer working with unvetted persons. We found that the provider has improved their knowledge of recruitment processes in relation to employing assistants, including records to be kept and information to be provided to Ofsted. We found that the provider has ensured all new assistants have been subject to robust induction training. As a result, the provider's assistants have a renewed understanding of their key responsibilities, including safeguarding. The provider has implemented new arrangements to supervise and monitor their assistants closely to help provide them with targeted support. The provider has improved risk assessment practice. They ensure that their assistants know how to keep children safe. We also found the provider has improved their own knowledge and understanding of their safeguarding duties to help protect children from harm.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
