Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 12 May 2025 and 26 June 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment and suitable people. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event. On 28 May 2025, we received concerns about matters relating to suitable people.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 8 July 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had improved staff's knowledge and understanding of the procedures to follow, should they have concerns about a colleague's conduct. This helps to keep children safe.
p.1
Summary of outcome
However, during the regulatory visit, we found the provider was not meeting some of the other requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure agency staff receive induction training, so they have the knowledge to identify, record and act on any concerns about children or staff n ensure that risk assessments identify and address potential hazards to minimise the risk of harm to children, particularly the arrangements for the safe drop-off and collection of children on the premises.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 July 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their staff induction procedures, to ensure agency staff have a secure understanding of the action to take, if they have any concerns about children or staff. We found that the provider had updated policies and procedures for the safe drop-off and collection of children on the premises. The provider had taken action to remove risks within the environment and updated written risk assessments to ensure children's safety. This helps staff to understand their roles and responsibilities and to keep children safe.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.2
