Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 11 July 2025, we undertook a regulatory visit. We found the provider had met the actions set in the welfare requirements notice. The provider had reviewed and improved their risk assessment processes to ensure the premises are safe and secure at all times. They had ensured that there is a consistent procedure for when children arrive and are collected, which has been embedded by managers and staff. They have also fixed fencing in the garden area and staff are now well deployed and children are always within sight. The provider has also ensured that there is a designated safeguarding lead on site at all times and have completed training, ensuring they have secure knowledge of up to date processes for referring concerns about children of if they were concerned about a colleague, in line with local reporting procedures.
