Summary of outcome
On 15 July 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit to monitor the actions with the end date of 19 and 27 June 2025. We found that the provider had improved their procedures for monitoring and recording information about accidents and sharing this information with parents. We found that leaders and staff had received support and training to help them to understand their roles and responsibilities, including how to manage complaints. Staff have a better understanding of risk assessment and how to keep children safe. The support in place for children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) has improved and staff are working with parents to support children's needs.
