Summary of outcome
On 15 July 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. Staff have completed comprehensive training in risk management, identifying risks, and the use of meaningful interactions. Staff are using this knowledge to identify hazards and risks. Leaders are very reflective and keen to learn from incidents. Changes have been made to the garden. Items have been removed. Ratios requirements are met. Improvements have been made to the risk assessments, they are more comprehensive. The premises are safe and secure. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
