Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2.

p.1

Summary of outcome

If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 03 April 2025, we carried out a re-inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. Following the re-inspection, we served two separate welfare requirements notices on 10 April 2025. These are legal notices that require the provider to take the actions within the timescales set out. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 22 April 2025 and 08 May 2025, we carried out regulatory visits. The focus of the visits was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of the safeguarding and welfare requirements. For instance, they have reviewed and improved policies and procedures in relation to safeguarding and recruitment. They have also improved procedures in relation to maintaining hygiene and responding when children are unwell. Risk assessment procedures have also been improved and action taken to minimize risks and hazards. Further support has been provided to staff to support them in delivering quality learning experiences. The provider has also reviewed the food and drinks provided at the setting to ensure these are healthy and nutritious. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
