Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 5 June 2025, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 10 July 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. The provider has ensured that all staff, including those employed through external agencies, have a secure knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, and that these procedures are in line with the local safeguarding partnership (LSP). Furthermore, the provider has ensured that all staff know how to take swift action when concerns are raised regarding staff suitability. The provider has ensured that there are now effective risk assessments in place and that these now inform all staff practice. They have also ensured that there is an effective key-person system in place and that all staff and parents understand the role of the key person. The provider has also ensured that key information is shared with parents so that they are aware of staffing arrangements and what

The provider has implemented effective procedures to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities to help ensure that they make good progress in their learning. The provider has ensured that all staff who are responsible for preparing food are suitably trained and competent to do so. In addition, they have ensured that all staff have a secure knowledge and understanding of children's allergies, and that there are effective measures in place to check food meets allergy requirements. The provider has implemented effective supervision arrangements for all staff to ensure that professional development is targeted and focused on improving outcomes for children. They have also introduced effective induction training for all staff, including staff contracted by external agencies. We are satisfied that the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. The provider will be able to give parents

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
