Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 21 February 2025, we received concerns about children's safety and welfare. On 27 February 2025, we conducted a regulatory visit. We identified breaches and intended to serve a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take action. Due to an administrative error, this notice was not issued.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 1 and 10 April 2025, we received further concerns about children's safety and welfare. On 23 June 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider had taken action to address previous breaches. The provider has improved their safeguarding policies and procedures. This includes notifying local authority children's social care teams of any concerns about children's safety and welfare. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
