Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 April 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, suitable people, training, support and skills and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event. On 23 April 2025, we received concerns about matters relating to the same requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 29 April 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had reviewed staff practice, safeguarding policies and procedures and implemented specific training relating to the concerns raised. The provider had made changes to sleep routines for children, and staffing arrangements to meet the individual needs of all children. There had been changes made in the way accident and injuries are monitored and recorded. In addition, the provider had increased senior leadership oversight within the setting, to ensure that interactions between staff and children are consistently respectful and of good quality. This supports staff to know and understand their roles and responsibilities and helps to keep children safe.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 May 2025, we received further concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to key person, health, information and record keeping, and safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment.

Summary of outcome
On 21 May 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures and suitable people. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 2 June 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken swift action to put this right. The provider had improved the key person arrangements and information sharing with parents. The deputy designated safeguarding leads had improved their knowledge and understanding of the procedures regarding concerns about staff. This ensures that adults working with children can respond appropriately to any concerns which may arise. In addition, the provider had taken action to improve staff's understanding of company policies and procedures such as, using appropriate strategies for handling children in a safe and positive manner.
p.2
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
