Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 2 May 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, concerns about children's safety and welfare and suitable people.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 10 June 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event, which is a requirement of their registration. The provider had taken some action to put this right. The provider followed the settings complaints policy and investigated the concern raised. In addition, they reviewed the staff team. However, we have issued further actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 28 June 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had provided training to improve the knowledge and understanding for all staff around child protection procedures. In addition, we found the provider has improved procedures to ensure all relevant information is recorded. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
