Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 9 May 2025 and 2 June 2025, we carried out an inspection and a visit to complete the inspection. We found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

On 27 June 2025, we carried out a further regulatory visit. We found the provider was meeting the requirements. She has made significant improvements to the premises to ensure these are now suitable for children. The provider has reviewed her risk assessments to ensure these identify hazards that need to be removed or minimised. She now has records for all children she has on roll. The provider has accessed support for her own professional development through the local authority. Following this visit, we lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
