This monitoring visit
Ofsted carried out a monitoring visit on 8 April 2025. This was in response to concerns raised by a child about staff’s ability to meet their needs and keep them safe. This information indicated that the provider was accommodating a child who should not be living in supported accommodation. Following the visit, a notice restricting accommodation, to prevent new admissions, and two compliance notices were issued.
p.1
This monitoring visit
The purpose of this visit was to monitor compliance with the notice restricting accommodation, and to measure progress in relation to the two compliance notices. The inspector visited one premise and spoke with the nominated individual, the registered service manager and staff.
p.1
This monitoring visit
Since the last visit, no children have been admitted and the child that was being accommodated has moved on to a more suitable placement. Inspection report for supported accommodation provider - monitoring visit: SwiftCF Supported Accommodation Service Leaders and managers have developed an action plan that focuses on the shortfalls identified in the compliance notices. However, they have set the timescales for implementing this plan for after this visit, and after the dates on the compliance notices. Although some progress is noted, a failure to fully implement this plan means that insufficient progress has been made in relation to meeting the notices. As a result, these have been reissued, and the restriction of accommodation remains in place.

This monitoring visit
Four requirements were also made at the last visit. These have not been fully considered and will be reviewed at the next inspection. Inspection report for supported accommodation provider - monitoring visit: SwiftCF Supported Accommodation Service
