Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 7 and 8 January 2025, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 5 March 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found the provider had implemented safeguarding training to help staff improve their understanding of safeguarding. Supervision and training for all staff was identified with ongoing plans to maintain this to improve the quality of provision. Staff with limited understanding of English are being supported by colleagues who are competent in English language skills. Training has been undertaken by all staff to support their understanding of the key person role in meeting children's needs. A timetable to ensure that the qualified teacher supports children across all classrooms, has been implemented. Training has been completed by all staff to aid their understanding and role in supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities. Improved ways of recording accidents or injuries have been implemented to ensure accuracy. The organisation of classrooms has improved to create a better environment for children to learn. Health and safety and managing risk

Summary of outcome
training has been attended by all staff to help ensure children's safety. Senior leaders have refreshed their knowledge and understanding of events that must be reported to Ofsted. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
