n The childminder explains how to promote positive behaviour in her setting. She describes how to use appropriate language to praise children when they behave well and gently remind children who might need a little support. The childminder has an excellent understanding of the importance of teaching children how to solve problems with their friends, when sharing toys or taking turns. This supports children to develop an understanding of how others might be feeling and the impact their behaviour can have on others. n The childminder is extremely reflective and understands the importance of reviewing her offer in order to improve or adapt her practice, so that children are receiving the best care. For example, she describes how observation and feedback from children help to support her with changing resources or updating her knowledge through training. The childminder also understands the importance of working in partnership with other local childminders to share ideas

and good practice. n The childminder can describe how working in close partnership with parents benefits the children in her care. This provision meets requirements
There were no children in the early years age range present when this inspection took place. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with those who care for the children and an inspection of the premises, equipment and relevant documentation. Where there are no early years children present, no judgement is made on the quality of the early years provision as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess its impact on children. The report states whether the provider continues to meet the requirements of registration.
