Summary of outcome
On 28 May 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that all adults who currently work at the setting, have now been deemed suitable by Ofsted. The provider now understands the importance of ensuring that any new adults who work at the setting, must only have supervised contact with children, until they are deemed suitable by Ofsted. The provider has undertaken a range of training to improve their understanding of good practice. This supports them to identify weaknesses in practice, so that these can be addressed. The provider has taken steps to improve the key-person system, including ensuring that all adults understand important information about children's individual needs, and next steps in their learning and development. They have reviewed the number of children who attend the provision each day, so that the required staff: child ratios

are consistently met. In addition, the provider has reviewed the deployment of adults and provided further guidance to them regarding effective supervision of children, so that children are well supervised. The provider and their assistants have implemented new strategies to support children's behaviour positively and appropriately. This has made the provision safer for children. The provider has reviewed and improved arrangements for placing babies down to sleep, to reflect the latest government safety guidance, so that babies are safer when they sleep.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
