Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 16 April 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, suitable people, health, and changes that must be notified to Ofsted.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 9 May 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit and on 15 May 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. In relation to the concerns relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, suitable people, and health, we were satisfied that the provider was meeting the requirements. However, we found the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a previous significant event within the required timescale. This is an offence, however, on this occasion Ofsted are not taking further action. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
