Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 7 May 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit and found the provider had met the first two actions. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of risk assessment and taken steps to ensure the premises were safe, suitable and hygienic for children. A further regulatory visit took place on 20 May 2025 to monitor the final action. We found that the provider had taken steps to ensure sufficient numbers of staff working with babies have received training that specifically addresses the care of babies.
