Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 13 May 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had updated their safeguarding policy in line with the guidance and procedures of the relevant Local Safeguarding Partnership. They have strengthened staff knowledge and understanding of the policies and procedures regarding the action to be taken in the event of an allegation being made against a member of staff and now display posters in key areas with relevant information for staff to easily access. The provider has updated their key person and nappy changing policies and strengthen staff's understanding of how to implement these, particularly for those children under two years of age. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
