Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 26 March 2025, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice on 14 April 2025. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 6 May 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. All staff had received induction training to help them understand their roles and responsibilities. The arrangements for the supervision of staff had improved and staff benefit from regular support and training. Risk assessment was effective. All areas were free from hazards and staff understood how to implement safe sleeping practice to promote children's welfare. There were appropriate first-aid resources to treat minor accidents and injuries. Children had access to fresh drinking water. Staff were deployed effectively to supervise children. The key-person system had improved, and all parents had been made aware who their child's key person was. However, safeguarding was still not effective.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We have served another welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.2

Summary of outcome

n ensure all leaders and staff have a robust knowledge and understanding about safeguarding, including how to identify and respond to possible signs and symptoms of abuse and how to deal with allegations

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 16 May 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at the last visit. We found the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions. Leaders and staff have worked with the local authority and continue to access safeguarding training to develop their knowledge and skills further. Leaders and staff now demonstrate a secure understanding of safeguarding. They know how to identify and respond to possible signs and symptoms of abuse and understand the procedures to follow in the event of allegations. Leaders ensure that any concerns about children have been reported to the relevant agencies in a timely manner.

p.2

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.3

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
