Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundationstage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 1 April 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, safeguarding policies and procedures, suitable people, staff:child ratios, supporting and understanding children's behaviour, risk assessment and changes that must be notified.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 9 April 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit and telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

• ensure that Ofsted is provided with the required information to enable them to complete suitability checks on all people that work on the premises

p.1

Summary of outcome

• keep a written record of all injuries to children.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 22 April 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has notified Ofsted of the details of the new household member and has completed records of incidents involving any injuries to children. The information gathered suggests that the provider is now meeting the requirements of their registration. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
