Information about this inspection
Inspections are a point-in-time evaluation of the quality of a school’s education provision. Inspectors discussed any continued impact of the pandemic with leaders and have taken that into account in their evaluation of the school. Inspectors met with the headteacher, deputy headteacher, SEND co-ordinator and representatives of the proprietor. Inspectors carried out deep dives in these subjects: English, mathematics, personal, social, health and economic education and art and design. For each deep dive, inspectors held discussions about the curriculum, looked at curriculum plans, visited a sample of lessons, spoke to teachers, spoke to some pupils about their learning and looked at samples of pupils’ work. 25 to 27 March 2025 Inspectors also looked at curriculum plans and spoke to leaders about some other subjects.
