Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 2 April 2025, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be Not met (enforcement). The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 22 April 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of risk assessments, to ensure risks were identified and removed or minimised to keep children safe. The provider had reviewed the security of the premises to ensure children were unable to leave and that unauthorised visitors could not enter, during the periods children are being cared for. They have taken steps to ensure staff supervise children, including when they are eating. The provider has put in place a key person arrangement for each child, within the staff team and notified parents of who this person and their role in supporting children, where appropriate. They have improved the usable space indoors to meet children's requirements and implemented effective arrangements for the support of all children,

including those with special educational needs (SEND). The provider has reviewed the information shared with parents and carers, to support children's individual needs. They have put appropriate arrangements for the supervision of all staff, to provide support, coaching and training in their roles.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
