Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 March and 4 April 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to the safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment and health. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 April 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has revised the mealtime procedures and implemented additional checks to support children with specific dietary needs. In addition, there are improved procedures for sharing information when children are moving into the next age group. This information has been shared with all staff. This ensures staff have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities in keeping children safe. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
