This monitoring visit
This children’s home was judged inadequate at the full inspection on 30 October 2024. The risks and identified shortfalls were widespread, which resulted in an inadequate judgement and a suspension notice being served. This prevents the provider from moving any children into the home. The suspension notice remains in place.
p.1
This monitoring visit
The purpose of this monitoring visit was to check the providers adherence to the suspension notice. The provider has complied with the suspension notice. There was no evidence found in the home to suggest that children have been living in the home.

This monitoring visit
However, on arrival to the home, there was an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke, smoking paraphernalia was found on the kitchen counter.
