Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 29 January 2025, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 23 April 2025, we carried out an unannounced regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements in relation to organising premises for confidentiality and safeguarding; staff:child ratios; special educational needs; supporting and understanding children's behaviour; key person; and approaches to teaching and learning. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

implement effective arrangements to support children with Special Education Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND), ensuring they always have the additional support they need during mealtimes and activities
p.1
Summary of outcome
make sure staff support, understand, and manage children's behaviour in an appropriate way, so that children receive clear and consistent messages that help them to understand why some behaviour is not acceptable
p.1
Summary of outcome
ensure key person arrangements are effective, tailoring each child's care to meet their individual needs, making sure children who are new to the setting are fully supported to settle and become familiar with the setting and daily routines, and ensuring each child has equal learning opportunities and access to resources
p.1
Summary of outcome
ensure staff stimulate children's interests, responding to each child's emerging needs and guiding their development through warm, positive interactions paired with secure routines for play and learning. On 2 May 2025, the provider responded to the actions set. We found the provider has implemented regular checks to ensure the premises are kept secure. They have employed additional staff to ensure children's need can be met. This means the manager can improve her support to children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Staff have had additional training in managing children's behaviour and promoting positive behaviour. The provider has reviewed the key person arrangements and the information they obtain from parents to help new children settle into the setting. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
