Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 28 February 2025, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 30 April 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had ensured that recruitment procedures are robustly followed and that all adults working with children have appropriate Disclosure and Barring Service checks in place. The provider has attended additional training to enhance her understanding of the steps to take when there are concerns about a child or an adult working with children. Furthermore, the provider has made sure that staff understand their responsibility to implement the relevant safeguarding procedures. Risk assessments have been reviewed and updated, and shared with staff. This includes identifying and managing potential risks to children, both inside and outside the setting. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
