Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundationstage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

In addition, we had suspended the provider's registration on 27 February 2025 because we believed children were, or may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.
p.2
Summary of outcome
On 4 March 2025, the provider appealed the decision to suspend registration to an independent external tribunal. However, on 7 March 2025, we lifted the suspension because we were satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children had been removed.

Summary of outcome
On 9 April 2025 we carried out a regulatory telephone call. The purpose of the call was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at the previous visit. We found that the provider had requested references for those working on the premises. She had changed the location of where medication is stored to ensure that it is never in sight or reach of children. The provider had changed her ways of working with assistants to ensure better oversight of their work and support for their role. She has planned and begun supervision sessions with assistants, to discuss any training or development needs and support their ongoing practice. The provider has ensured that she gives assistants regular opportunities to raise issues or concerns. She explains her understanding that assistants cannot be left in sole charge of children for more than two hours per day. The provider has attended training on managing children's behaviour and
