Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundationstage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 20 March 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, staff:child ratios, safety of premises, risk assessment, information about the child and information for parents and carers.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 23 April 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. There is now greater emphasis on staff reviewing risk assessments, especially when children move between rooms. Staffing changes have been made to strengthen the staff team and a review and improvements to how the setting communicates with parents has been carried out.

Summary of outcome
