Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 14 March 2025, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 14 April 2025, we carried out an unannounced regulatory. Following this visit, we issued the provider actions to take within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 22 April, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that she has reviewed staffing arrangements, particularly during the school collection/drop off to ensure suitable ratios are maintained. She has also taken steps to ensure suitable ratios will be maintained in the future. The provider has taken action to make sure Ofsted has the information it needs to check the suitability of adults who are working with children and to ensure unchecked adults are not left unsupervised with minded children. The provider has reviewed her risk assessment and made changes to ensure the premises are secure at all times. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
