The provision is good
Staff create an engaging environment that inspires children to participate in activities and develop their skills. Staff are compassionate and engaged. They actively interact with children during activities. Children form strong connections with their key person, which enhances their well-being and sense of security. Staff plan activities that cover all seven areas of the curriculum. They organise activities around themes, such as community helpers. Furthermore, staff consider their observations of children's interests and prior knowledge, enabling children to enhance their understanding and skills. For example, when children enjoy water play, staff help them to learn about bedtime routines and oral hygiene by caring for dolls, bathing and dressing them.

The provision is good
Staff support children's communication, language and early reading skills effectively. Toddlers enjoy listening to stories and repeating words from familiar books and play. Older children excitedly discuss what the tiger ate for tea. Overall, staff listen to children and provide time for thoughtful responses. They engage children in conversations and show an interest in their thoughts and what they have to say. Children eagerly explore the newly organised environment, easily selecting toys from low shelves, baskets and containers. They develop early writing skills, such as through enjoyable mark-making activities throughout the nursery, including using chalk in the garden. Children's behaviour is good. They listen attentively to instructions and take turns answering questions during group activities. Children also enjoy taking on additional responsibilities, such as placing visual cards for the next routine activity on the board. This helps them to develop

need to do better?
n Leaders and staff have diligently addressed all the actions identified in the last inspection. They have reorganised all areas of the nursery to create clearer spaces for children to play and learn. Additionally, staff have designed and implemented a curriculum that focuses on helping children to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to make good progress. All children make good progress from their starting points in development. n Staff plan a variety of exciting activities designed to engage children and align with their interests. For instance, they plan role-play activities that enhance children's imaginative play and concentration. Children immerse themselves in cooking meals and snacks for staff and use a range of kitchen utensils, including real and play food. However, at times, the focus of some planned activities can be too broad and is not clearly connected to children's next steps in learning.

Additionally, staff encourage children to build their confidence by safely taking risks. For example, they provide gentle encouragement for them to climb and balance on the equipment. n Staff encourage children to persevere during activities, such as arts and crafts. Children engage for extended periods while designing patterns on paper templates of their hands. They learn to use various materials, including paints, glitter and essential tools like small scissors and paintbrushes. This support helps children to become confident and resilient learners. However, there are times when some group activities are not organised effectively, which can prevent some children from fully participating. n Leaders and staff understand each child's needs and work closely with families.

Children who speak English as an additional language and those with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive strong support. Staff quickly address any developmental concerns and collaborate with parents, carers and professionals to implement targeted support. n Leaders and staff collaborate with parents to create strong partnerships that help children to settle and adjust quickly. Leaders update parents on their children's progress through an online app and daily verbal feedback. Staff share ideas with parents, such as mark-making activities and collecting natural resources, to encourage children's learning at home. Parents appreciate the nursery's family atmosphere and feel the staff at the nursery know their children's individual needs very well. n Leaders provide strong support to staff and regularly monitor their practices to ensure good-quality education. They hold effective supervision sessions to
