Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 15 January 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to accident and injury.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 18 March 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures and supporting and understanding children's behaviour.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Both notifications mean that the provider meets their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 18 March 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has completed a full review of all information. Staff have been provided with additional training sessions regarding behaviour support for children. This has enabled staff to effectively manage children's behaviour in a positive way. In addition, staff have received training on the recording and reporting of accidents to ensure that all relevant information is reported and the correct action taken. Senior staff and leaders have also received training specifically about handling allegations to ensure that effective action is taken promptly.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
