Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 10 February 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to: risk assessment, suitable people, safety of premises, indoor space requirements, sleeping arrangements and changes that must be notified to Ofsted.

Summary of outcome

On 18 March 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. The provider has implemented procedures to ensure people looking after children are suitable. The provider has also ensured the required space requirements are met. Sleeping children are well supervised. In addition, leaders have trained staff to place children down to sleep in line with the government safe sleep safety guidance. Leaders demonstrate a good understanding of the changes that must be notified to Ofsted.
