take to meet the requirements. During the inspection we identified that children may be at risk of harm. As a result, we suspended the childminder's registration on the same day. Suspension allows time for the childminder to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The childminder has a right to appeal against a suspension. The childminder may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the childminder to take action within the timescales set out below. The childminder will also be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 4 April 2025, we carried out an unannounced regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the childminder had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their previous inspection. During the visit, we identified that children may continue to be at risk of harm.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider has a secure understanding of how to maintain an accurate daily record of children's attendance. However, we were not satisfied that all areas of the home remain safe, clean and fit for purpose. As such there continued to be a risk to children's health. The provider could not consistently demonstrate a secure understanding of her risk assessment responsibilities, with cleaning products accessible to children in the bathroom. Arrangements for effective hygiene practices were not in place due to a lack of handwash available for use in the bathroom.
p.2
Summary of outcome
Following the visit, the provider requested to resign their registration in full on 8 April 2025, which was accepted. The provider is no-longer registered with Ofsted.
