This monitoring visit
On 20 December 2024, Ofsted carried out a monitoring visit in response to concerns raised by the child’s placing authority. The concerns were about the provider’s ability to provide effective support that keeps the child and others safe. Following the visit, a notice restricting accommodation, to prevent new admissions, was issued.
p.1
This monitoring visit
A visit to monitor compliance with the notice restricting accommodation was carried out on 22 January 2025. No children had been admitted since the notice was issued. However, the absence of good leadership and management and lack of progress meant that this restriction remained in place. In addition, two compliance notices were served.
