All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 1 April 2025, we carried out a further regulatory visit. We found that the provider had ensured all staff, including those with lead responsibilities for safeguarding, had attended safeguarding training. They had implemented strategies to monitor staff safeguarding knowledge more effectively. Staff had attended behaviour management training and discussed their learning as a team. Leaders had implemented risk assessments to ensure spaces used by babies are safe and suitable. Leaders had reviewed their processes for sharing information with Ofsted. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
