Leaders and managers have implemented a detailed action plan to address the significant shortfalls that were identified at the inspection in respect of leadership and management and the protection of children.
p.1
This monitoring visit

This monitoring visit
The compliance notice issued under regulation 13 is judged not to be met. This is due to a shortfall in one specific area. Children’s records provide a complete picture of their individual needs, risks and progress and their views. Leaders and managers have plans to ensure that recording systems continue to develop and improve.
