Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

For example, all staff are to stay seated with children and give routine safety messages to them about chewing and swallowing whenever they are eating and drinking. Additionally, there has been improvements to the detailed information gained from new parents in regard to their child's eating skills. All staff have reviewed the setting's policies for keeping children safe during mealtimes and throughout activities. Additionally, the provider has reviewed and put in place clear procedures for staff to adhere to following any emergency medical treatment, including any
