Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 16 December 2024, the provider notified us about safeguarding policies and procedures, suitable people, staff:child ratios, supporting and understanding children's behaviour, safety and suitability of premises and equipment and information and record keeping. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of a significant event, which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider to look after children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Ofsted also received concerns on 10 and 13 January 2025, that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safety and suitability of the premises and information and record keeping.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 February 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that sufficient staff are deployed around the nursery to support the children. The provider has procedures and risk assessments in place. This information was shared with staff during their induction, team meetings and one-to-one supervision sessions. Clear systems are in place for sharing information with parents. This includes daily discussions when parents drop-off and collect their children. Children's individual needs are identified and, where necessary, additional plans of support are created to help children to succeed. The provider makes sure that staff know and understand their roles and responsibilities.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has refreshed all staff's knowledge of safeguarding and the procedures they should follow if concerns arise. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
